CONFIRMATION

Following your registration, you will receive an electronic confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours after registering, please contact Monica Sobala, CWA Events Director, at msobala@calworkforce.org.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be in writing sent by email. A refund of the Symposium fee, minus a $100 service charge, will be given for cancellations received before Friday, January 14, 2022. After this date no refunds will be issued. We regret that refunds will not be given for no-shows or computer technical issues. All sessions will be recorded and made available to all registered attendees following the LIVE Symposium. We are unable to make any exceptions to the above policies. Thank you for understanding. SUBSTITUTIONS

Q: Can I pay by Company Check? Can I register more than one person by check or credit card?

A: Yes. Please email CWA Events Director, Monica Sobala at msobala@calworkforce.org with your Full Name, Organization Name, Organization Title, and Email Address. Please utilize the online registration system if paying with a credit card. 

Q: What if I am not available during the virtual conference?

A: The 2022 Youth Symposium videos will be available on-demand for 6 months following the conference dates. All registered participants will be able to access these "Replays" by logging-in to the site. All recorded sessions will be released 1-2 weeks following the LIVE Symposium. 

Q: How do I register for the conference?

Q: What do I need to attend the virtual conference?

A: To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, computer, and a valid registration. All of the conference workshops, plenary sessions, and general sessions will be on the Zoom Webinar platform or Remo.co. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as internet browsers. For the networking events, it is recommended to turn on your camera and use a headset with a microphone to avoid any feedback.

Q: How can I ask questions at the virtual conference?

A: All of the conference workshops, plenary sessions, and general sessions will feature live Q&A. Utilize the Chat feature in Zoom Meetings and Webinars; and use either the "Q&A" feature or "Chat" feature in Remo.co. 

Q: I am a Presenter/Speaker at the conference, what should I do?

Q: Who do I contact if I have technical difficulties?
